How I prepare a picture to be knitted

Some time ago, I was asked to show how to manipulate a picture to be knitted.

For this tutorial, I chose a very simple one that does not require too much manipulation . Since my English is not my mother language, and I probably have a funny accent, I did it with no voice:)
